Woven Weekend Return Policy
Return Window
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date your order is marked as delivered to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at wovenweekend@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions for sending your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We offer free return shipping on your first return for each order. If you choose to return additional items from the same order at a later time, you’ll be responsible for those return shipping costs.
Exchanges
Need a different size, print, or style? We’re happy to offer free shipping on all exchanges.
Just contact us within 14 days of delivery, and we’ll help you find the right fit.
Store Credit or Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if it’s approved. You’ll have the option to choose:
- A refund to your original payment method, or
- Store credit (issued as a digital gift card you can use anytime — no expiration)
Refunds typically appear within 10 business days. Store credit is issued as soon as your return is approved.

Sale Items
Items purchased using discounts or promotions will be refunded at the price paid at checkout, including any applied discounts.
Damages or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us right away so we can make it right.
Non-returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Worn or washed items
- Custom sizes
- Gift cards
- “Last Call” clearance items

Gifts and No Receipt Returns
If you received a Woven Weekend item as a gift or don’t have a receipt or proof of purchase, don’t worry! You can still request an exchange or store credit as long as the item meets our return criteria (unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging).
Please contact us at wovenweekend@gmail.com to start the process. Since we can’t verify the original purchase, refunds to the original payment method are not available in these cases.
